Aditi spent her childhood on both coasts, growing up in Westchester County, New York before her family moved to Southern California in search of warmer weather. She participated in her first Math Olympiad
competition in fourth grade, and since then, math has played an important role in her academic and professional journey. She studied Government and Economics at Harvard, where she used math to answer
questions about how our political and economic organizations work. Now, she is working in finance as a quantitative analyst, where she is developing algorithms that help her firm decide how to invest money in
the stock market. Conveniently, her two favorite things (aside from math) are running and ice cream, so when she's not working or teaching Math-M-Addicts, you'll find her running to a local ice cream shop for a scoop (or two!) of mint chocolate chip.
